The Complete Coach
The Complete Coach
As a Christian coach, you are entrusted with more than just developing athletic skills—you are called to shape character and cultivate maturity in those we lead. The book of Colossians provides a blueprint for this task, as it reveals how the fullness of life is found in Christ. Paul’s letter encourages us to help others grow into spiritual maturity, being “complete in Christ” (Colossians 2:10), where their identity, purpose, and strength are firmly rooted.
This study will guide you through the essential truths of Colossians, equipping you to not only lead on the field but also foster deeper maturity and Christlikeness in your life and the lives of those you mentor, preparing them for challenges both in sports and in life.
The Complete Coach calls us to live lives that reflect the supremacy and sufficiency of Christ, challenging us to grow in wisdom, humility, and love. Through this study, may you come to understand better the sanctification process of putting off the old self and putting on the new self in Christ.
